The following list has some of my favorite swaps.

Here they are:

1. REUSABLE WATER BOTTLE

I love using a Hydro Flask because they’re made of medical grade stainless steel and vacuum insulated for hot and cold beverages. They also come in a variety of sizes and colors!

2. WATER FILTER

I love using a water filter at home to fill up my water bottle. Plus, it’s great for the environment. There are many great water filters on the market that help us drink clean water. No more hauling cases of water bottles up and down the stairs!

3. DENTAL LACE WITH REFILLABLE FLOSS

Traditional dental floss is typically made out of a type of plastic called nylon. Unfortunately, nylon isn’t recyclable. Refillable dental lace is a great option because it will eventually biodegrade.

4. REUSABLE COTTON ROUNDS

These are a great alternative for removing makeup and can be thrown in the washer as soon as you’re done using them. Mine are handmade out of 100% organic cotton from Etsy and I love using them so much!

5. WOOL DRYER BALLS

Dryer balls can be used over and over again. How great is that?

6. REUSABLE CLOTH NAPKINS

I love using these to clean around the home and toss them in the wash to reuse again. You can also cut up old clothes, towels, and bed sheets and use them as rags too.
