When I designed this template, I was pregnant with my first baby. I couldn’t find a birth preferences guide that felt both comprehensive and calming, so I decided to create my own.

Birth can feel overwhelming, but this gave me clarity. It helped me understand my preferences, communicate them clearly, and feel empowered to create a sacred experience, despite the unknowns.

Now loved and used by my OBGYN and local hospital for their patients, this is the very same template I used to prepare for birth with peace, intention, and trust.
