5 Ways to Style Knee-High Cognac Boots

There is something absolutely beautiful and elegant about cognac boots that make an outfit look elegant and sophisticated.

Lately, I have been inspired by women’s fashion in the UK so it’s safe to say you can expect to see a lot more British-inspired looks on here. Some of my favorite British-inspired looks are with knee-high boots so having a pair in my wardrobe, I was very inspired to create these looks.

Two of the most important values I always stick by before bringing an item into my wardrobe is:

Can I style this piece at least 5 different ways? This ensures I get the most wear out of an item and I stay clear from impulse purchases.
Will the item last? There’s nothing worse than buying an item that tears easily or is made from low quality resources. Buy items that are made of higher quality because it will last years.

1. WITH A MIDI SKIRT

This is one of my favorite looks hands down. Fun fact: I love wearing dresses as skirts because it means I have an extra outfit to style without having to buy a completely new item.

2. WITH JEANS

Black jeans, white jeans.. I mean honestly, they all look great paired with tall boots!

3. WITH A DENIM SKIRT

Wear this beautiful outfit to brunch or date night and I’m sure people won’t be able to take their eyes off of you!

4. WITH A LEATHER JACKET

There’s something so incredibly chic and cool about leather jackets! In all honesty, I envisioned a different look for this outfit. At the end of the day, I could go out to buy new clothes to create exactly what I had envisioned or be content and happy with what I already have. I choose to make more decisions based on the latter. I love using what I already have to create stylish looks that support my values!
